Xabi Alonso said Palestra is still not ready to go, going game-by-game and not taking early risk.

Palestra told Sky Italia he is fine but still a few days away, feeling much better.

Missed out at Craven Cottage on Monday night and remains out of contention, not making the squad for the match against Luton. Needs more checking for the weekend.
